Hi, I'm Clare, and my journey with junk journaling began when I was teaching full time and desperately needed something that was just mine. Something I could do without needing a big space, a quiet house, or an hour to set everything up.
Through trying different approaches, I discovered that working digitally on my iPad was the thing that actually fit my life. I could take it outside into the garden. I could create on my lunch break. I could make something I was genuinely proud of in twenty minutes, anywhere.
It was during one of those small, stolen creative sessions that I realised how many people must be in the same place I was. Wanting to make, but feeling like they didn't have the right conditions for it.
That realisation sparked my desire to share what I had made, and to make the starting point as easy as possible for someone else.
That is why I created Clare's Arty Creations, to give you the beautiful, ready-to-use pieces I wish I had found right at the beginning.
